  • A booking will only be confirmed once we receive a 20% deposit of the total quoted price.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, though at our discretion it may be transferred towards a future booking within 12 months.

  • The balance must be paid in full no later than 21 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made in writing by the Customer.

  • Refunds apply only to balance payments made in addition to the deposit, as follows:

    • More than 28 days before the event – full refund of balance paid (deposit non-refundable).

    • 21-28 days before the event – 50% refund of balance paid (deposit non-refundable).

    • Less than 21 days before the event – no refund.

  • If we must cancel due for reasons other than force majeure/adverse weather as outlined below, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit. No further liability will be accepted for consequential loss or costs incurred by the Customer.

3. Force Majeure / Adverse Weather
  • We are not liable for cancellation or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented (“force majeure”), including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, illness, transport disruption, strikes, pandemics, or national emergencies.

  • In such circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed. We will, however, use all reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements where possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities
  • You must ensure safe and adequate access to the event site for delivery, installation, and collection.

  • You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, permits, or licences.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking (e.g. venue size, surface type, timings). Additional costs arising from incorrect information may be charged.

5. Liability & Insurance
  • We accept no responsibility for injury to persons or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.

  • You responsible for the security and safe use of our equipment during the hire period.

  • You are advised to take out your own event insurance to cover potential risks, including cancellation.
